I'm new to ODK Build and would like to construct a survey to be read and conduct an interview with an Android tablet. I can already add in some questions, but would it be possible to add in tables, like in attached? Thanks in advance 
Hi there,
The general approach you should take here is to either go row first or
column first.
For row first, you'd ask the question about seeds, then have a select
one/multiple with buy jointly today, by jointly in the future, etc.
For column first, you'd ask what inputs you'd like to buy jointly
today, then have a select one/multiple for seeds, fertilizers,
chemicals, etc.
