Accessing preloaded data

Hello!

I am new to ODK and i am currently using ODK Build and haven't yet started using XLSForm. I will greatly appreciate if someone would walk me through searching the .csv file and being able to store the data.

What i am trying to do is have a database of customers to a certain company and being able to compare that information to what is on the ground. So what i did was create a group that captures the information on the ground and then another group that shows all the information in the database as based on a certain variable i.e accountnumber. But to do this in build is what i am looking for.

Thank you
R.C

You won't be able to do this in build without hand-editing the XML file
after build generates it.

R.C.,

Just to be a bit more direct. You are better off using XLSForm than
trying to hand-edit the XML that Build generates. Mitch's links and
http://xlsform.org should help.
