Dear all,
I want to ask a question in my survey saying after experiencing health problems how long did it take you to realise you needed medical care.
I need the patient to respond with a number and then choose the appropriate unit- weeks, days, hours or minutes.
I can't figure out how to have a space for them to fill in an integer number and then choose a unit like you would on a paper tool.
Please do you have any suggestions.
