I just updated my local ODKcentral installation and opted into the new webforms for a specific form, but when I try to preview the form it still shows the link to Enketo and only allows using the "New preview" after pressing the hidden preview buttons "w" + "f" like in the previous version.
I thought this would be the primary way to view forms when opting in? Or am I overlooking something?
We didn't end up getting to one more change we'll need to make for Web Forms to be fully independent of Enketo. I even thought of you when we discussed it! Currently the public access link ids are still generated by Enketo and all buttons to launch a web form depend on that. I'm going to see whether we can do a point release to address that. This release has a lot of big changes so we wanted to make sure it touched reality as soon as possible so we could start getting feedback.
Jumping on the band wagon - I'm trialing public submissions and am keen to try out Web Forms. We won't be in production for a few months, so this is perfect to take Web Forms for a risk-free spin.
Main interest: one time submission edit link via web forms or clone submission into new submission.
No urgency from my end!
The preview form works nicely now after updating to the latest point release, but when trying to create a public link it gets stuck on the Enketo processing step if Enketo isn't available.
