Aggregate 1.4.3 to JDK 7u60 x64 UnsupportedClassVersionError

Hello,

i'm trying to an Windows 2012 Server x64 (with Java 7u60) to install
Aggreate 1.4.3
Java SE Development Kit 7u60
jdk1.7.0_60
jre7

I've already installed XAMPP MySQL, Apache with Apache Tomcat 6
I create war file but when i'm trying to deploy i get the following erro in
Catalina log file

java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: Bad version number in .class file
(unable to load class
org.opendatakit.aggregate.server.ServerTableServiceImpl)

Any idea for incompatible versions ???

Thanks Panos

Panos,

Tomcat is not using Java 7. There's probably a setting somewhere in
your stack that is pointing to Java 6.

So what is the best configuration for Aggregate 1.4.3 ?? installing in
Windows 2008 R2 x64

XAMPP with MySQL and Apache WebServer
TomCat 6 (as addon for XAMPP)
What JDK 1.6 ???? or 1.7 ???
What JRE 6 or 7
What version of JDK and JRE (x86 or x64) ???

Java 6 won't work. Java 7 is required.

I can't speak for Windows 2008, but on my Linux builds, I use the JRE
and match 32/64 bit to the OS.
