If other members of my team in the field want to login to our aggregate account using the admin google account used to create the application, they are required to go through the verification step that sends a verification code to my cellular phone. How do I change this setting so that a verification step is not required?

Also, note that you can grant permissions to anyone by
(1) adding the user on the Site Admin / Permissions screen (users can be
Google e-mail accounts or locally-managed credentials), and
(2) granting that user the appropriate permissions, and clicking 'Save
Changes'.
I.e., if these users have their own gmail accounts, you can simply grant
them access to the system -- you don't need to share the one administrative
account.

Rachel,
I don't think there is anyway to bypass account verification on Google.
