I have created a form with a sub-form on ODK and have been publishing results to Google Fusion tables (so that I may receive the linked sub-forms). Aggregate is operating on the free Google Engine service, so we're running up against daily max processing capacity often, even now that the faster background processing option is turned off.
The big problem, though, is that when I export to Google Fusion tables, I can only get the first 50 form entries (with sub-forms). I suspect that this is because we're running against Google's limits, but since we only have a hundred or so entries, I was happy to publish a batch at a time. When I go into ODK Aggregate now and attempt to filter the form entries for those that haven't yet been exported, the filter fields are "greyed out" and I can't make the selection, so the same 50 entries will always be exported. Any suggestions on how I can extract these other existing entries?

At some point, "free" equates to "painful."
You may have reached that point.
The publisher will publish a set of data, then sleep, and then resume
publishing. If you have turned off faster background processing, the
publishers only attempt to publish data when new submissions are received
and, otherwise, once or twice every 24 hours.
You may want to enable billing just to get the data published.
You can always reset your daily max billing limit to $0.00 afterward.
