can i customize ODK aggregate ? if so which type ide can use ? thanks for your help.

See the CONFIGURE.txt in the aggregate project home directory for how to
configure the IDE (Eclipse) and build environment (maven).
Eclipse Mars works. We have a report that Eclipse Neon does not.
For that project:
uiexperiment branch is the active development tip (and may be unstable)
v1_4 branch has stable release builds
master branch may be in advance of the stable branch during release QA
cycles.
Tags mark releases.
