Am I likely to run into issues upgrading from Central v2023.5.1 to Central v2024.3?

Dear all of you, I would like to upgrade server and currently I am on version which is below

versions:
1798f38b12060aa3db2ddedff1321e89b76bce03 (v2023.5.1-2-g1798f38)
ab0c8ecbf837c7e433b20c7d7d1d2955cc8df1c6 client (v2023.5.0)
983ec81e69793fdb589ffdc346a16ef977489be4 server (v2023.5.0)

Before making upgrade in server, I would like to know some of the errors that may arise from the upgrade!
Shall I direct use this link for upgrade server

Based on my experience, you might encounter a few issues with forms when upgrading to a newer version of Enketo.

For example, in one of my deployments, I was using ODK Central v2023.3.1 and decided to upgrade to the latest version. After the upgrade, I noticed that some of my forms - particularly those using auto-populating repeat groups - stopped working with Enketo. The newer Enketo version didn’t load repeat groups when trying to edit such a saved form, whereas the older version handled them without any problems.

It’s important to note that this isn’t an issue with ODK Central itself but rather with the Enketo version. Thankfully, I was working in a development environment during this upgrade and kept my forms and data intact in the production setup. This saved me a lot of trouble.

If you’re planning to upgrade, I’d recommend testing in a development setup first to ensure compatibility with all of your forms.

That's highly unexpected! The ODK team currently maintains Enketo so if you can reproduce this, please let us know so we can look further into it. A form and submission illustrating the issue would be most helpful and you can direct message those to me if they are sensitive. Thanks!
