Analyze via OData does not seem to work

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
Hello, this is my first time using ODK as an administrator. I am trying to use the "Analyze via OData" feature on the ODK Central server. We have received several submissions from the surveyors. However, when I clicked "Analyze via OData" for "Excel/Power BI" nothing happened. I tried to refresh already, but still nothing happened.
