i'm still teasing out what this means for odk, but for end users, this
is what jumps out.
- language support in the os for languages like arabic, hebrew, and hindi
- faster on screen keyboard and touch interactions
- nfc tag support could be interesting for supply chains
- large screen support for tablets
- better power management
we should start seeing devices (phones and tablets) that support 2.3
in the next month or so. stay tuned!
