Anyone still using Kindle Fires for data collection using ODK Collect? I ran into Kindle Fire 5th generation in a village and want to try to use it. I have no idea what version of Android that is actually running and if the current version of Collect would still work with it.

I think I need the Collect APK to sideload on the Kindle Fire. Does ODK still publish an APK outside of the Google Play Store? All the links on this old post look like they no longer exist.

I believe the Kindle Fire 5th generation uses Android 5.1, which is one of the versions we still support. Therefore, the latest version of ODK Collect should theoretically work well with it.
