I am trying to start odk aggregate server on microsoft windows 10 using apache-tomcat-8.5 - jdk-17 - postgresql-14.2-1 - ODK-Aggregate-v2.0.5

and get this error from browser
FAIL - Application at context path [/ODKAggregate] could not be started
any help

Have you verified that tomcat is working properly, and with no permission issues on the folder hosting the war file? That said, what did you specify as the host IP during set up? In the past I have stuck to 127.0.0.1 even if intended for public access, treating everything thereafter as a Transfer Control Protocol (TCP) request that I need to open the aggregate port for on the network firewall.
