Assigning names to the repeated groups

Hello everyone.

I need you kind support in providing me with a method by which I can assign a name to the repeated groups depending on the selected choice.
For instance:
Q1: What kind of kits did you receive "select all applicable"?

  • Dignity kits

  • Newborn kits

  • PSS kits

Then the repeated groups will show depending on the selected choice, the point here that I need to name the header of each repeated group based on the kits selected.

The survey is built using XLS form.

Is your repeat group question about kits. And it is repeated for each of the selected answers from Q1?
Can you use regular groups and relevance? How many total possible selected choices are there?
