I’m hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue I’m having with my XLSForm. Here’s the situation:
In the survey, respondents can select the number of fields they want to provide GPS coordinates for, along with questions we need to ask for each field. The issue is that when the first polygon is completed using the GPS tool and converted to wkt format (settled up in the XLSForm), the same values are duplicated for the other fields instead of recording separately (please see images below)
I’d appreciate any help on identifying where the problem might be in my XLSForm, and any guidance on how to resolve it. The xlsform is also attached.

Hi @Maria2050 ,
I have tried your Form in ODK Collect and "wkt Polygon" is calculated correctly. Are you going to conduct survey via mobile devices or desktop (Enketo)?
In Enketo, there are few known issues related to nested repeats, it is quite possible that this problem is related to one of those.

Thank you so much for your help! Actually yes, I think it is related to this. I ran a few tests and I found that the issue I described above only happens when the survey is completed in the browser/desktop. However, when I tested it with the ODK app, all submissions recorded the coordinates correctly for each polygon, without duplicating them for other fields. What makes me thing is an issue related to desktop. The good thing is the test will be conducted via mobile so I think it will be fine.
