Audio file in survey (fixit)

every time I try to attach an audio file to a question in the survey sheet, all the questions disappear, I have the audio file just with the different modalities of the answers.
Someone can help me?

could you attach your form? Probably there is something wrong with languages.

So yeah you need to add ::French to your media column as well to be like: media::audio::French.
