How does one enable authentication while submitting/fetching a form from ODK Collect. We require authentication as two of our test cases is failing at present.
Say User A has access to the system on Date A, and has downloaded certain forms.
If on a later date B, the password on the aggregate server changes, or User A is removed. User A is still able to download forms, and submit them.

Log in using an account with Site Admin privileges.
When you ran the installer, it asked you for the username of the
"super-user" for the system. That username has Site Admin privileges, as
may any other accounts you may have set up.
Navigate to the Site Admin / Permissions page.
Verify that the *anonymousUser *does not have any privileges (nothing is
checked).
Create user accounts for the ODK Collect devices/users (these must be
account type: ODK), grant these Data Collector privileges.
Save Changes
Then use Change Password on each of the user accounts to set an initial
password for that user.
