I would like the application calculate or save a specific time when a question has been answered.

I am using ODK Collect v1.25.1

I have tried to ask people to notice the time (with time) but, data collectors could put whatever they want. This is what I don't want.

Good news! Collect can be configured to log the behavior of enumerators as they navigate through a form. These records should be able to help you get the data you need.
