Hello everyone, so I selected the Support option above but maybe i should have selected anotehr one regarding what I am about ro report.
I noticed something when I was looking at audit log files. When background audio is enabled or disabled while a question is open, the audit log writes the start for that question but never writes the end. The row stays permanently incomplete.
We use audit durations for quality control. A question with no end looks like dead time, as if the interviewer had stopped work. In our case it produced four false "long pause" flags of 36 to 558 seconds, each of which was actually the page being answered normally. Without checking the audio events we would have queried interviewers over nothing.
Is the missing end intended or a glitch that should be fixed?
