BarCode

Dear All,
I have designed a form that captures different variables of which one is
barcodes
some of the data to be entered will be bar coded, I have to pre-print
patient Id's in bar codes on paper then use ODK collect to scan the codes
my problem is am pre-printing the bar codes from ms word onto normal paper,
am failing to choose a particular font/way that works best as bar codes,
Does anyone have a suggesion
example of patient Id am to use is MU123456BD

Ayoub,

Check out http://onmerge.com/. It should do everything you need.

And you might want to stick with very large QR codes; we find that those
scan the most reliably with the widest range of devices. (Each device has
its own properties with respect to, e.g., focus, and this affects how well
they scan different types of barcodes.)

Best,

Chris

Hi Kayoub,

There's no requirement to show what is encoded inside the bar or QR code.
Give it a shot!
