Just thinking, is it possible to code in xlsform that field data collection officer should only be allowed to login via phone/local biometric? Even optional, if not compulsory. Related to data security.

This is possible by connecting Collect to Keppel and using it for fingerprint scanning. The biggest caveat with that approach is that you'll need an external fingerprint device.
That said, if data security is the problem, using Android devices with biometric security enabled (such as fingerprint or face unlock) is a pretty good solution. More guidance at https://docs.getodk.org/security/#device-recommendations.
