Burmese Calendar

What is the general goal of the feature?
In Myanmar that's the calendar used.

As ODK already support specific calendars (Ethiopian, Nepalese) would be fair to accomodate also this one.

What are some example use cases for this feature?
For the users there would be really useful, as the local people interviewed normally knows dates on that calendar and it is a problem for the interviewer to collect that info as they would need to convert somehow the information they get into a gregorian date.
This makes it complicated and sometime they don't record the precise information.

What can you contribute to making this feature a reality?
Info and testing

@Grzesiek2010 You are the calendering expert. How hard/easy is this to do?

There is a repo we could use if MIT license is ok for us https://github.com/chanmratekoko/mmcalendar
otherwise building such a converter on our own would be a big challenge.

The MIT license is a permissive license compatible with Apache 2.0 (see the Collect contribution guide) so yes, we could use that library with proper attribution.

@aurdipas would you like to quickly bring this up at the TSC meeting to discuss putting it on the roadmap for the next Collect release? I don't think it needs to be a big discussion since it looks straightforward as long as you can help validate it but would be good to follow the process.
