Calculate expected weight based on a table

Friends of Google,

I want to know how to do to prepare a table in the excel file to calculate
the expected weight of a pregnant, working on a project of the Ministry of
Health of Nicaragua, and want to know if I can get your help and cooperation
to this use the ODK Collect but do not know how to create this table in
Excel.

Under the table to see if I can give an idea of how to start to ask, since
I have already calculated the number of weeks of pregnancy, height and weight
of current or former pregnant.

Hi Mario,

I think your best bet is to use something like external itemsets
(http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/external-itemsets/) to get
the look up behavior you want. It can be a little confusing to do, so
try it with a few values first before you do the whole thing.
