Can collected data be moved from one Android device to another (without connecting device via USB)

Wondering if anyone might have some insight on how to do the following

1. We want trainee to answer a set of question on their android device then we want the trainee to be able to send/transfer the data from their device to their trainer's device (assuming trainer is without a laptop and without internet connection)

2. Once the trainer has received the data from trainee android device, we would like him/her to be able to then submit it to the aggregate server when he gets a internet connection.

If any one has ideas about accomplishing this we would be very appreciative.
