Can interviewer enter some integer when there is used select_multiple question?

Hi, I'm sending this question again, because I don't see my previous
question on this board. I have a paper quetionare that I'm trying to create
in ODK. So, I have a question: can I use multip[e question which has a text
field? Or maybe there is another way to do it?

Alexander,

Trying using 'field-list' as an appearance option on a group containing
'integer' questions so they all display on the same page. This combined
with a 'note' Q at the top will provide a similar layout. THIS
https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/examples/ page provides a basic
explanation.

Here is a table that I'm attempting to create in ODK. Do you think, it will
work?

ODK Collect has very few layout options and cannot represent
"spreadsheet-style" data entry forms.

It is probably best to break this into one field-list per row, or one
field-list per column.
