Can we rename ODK Collect?

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I am using ODK collect and it's open source.If we want to rename ODK Collect with Data Collection. Can we do this?

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?

try to search on GitHub as well as on Google. However, i didn't get the answer to this question.

Of course. You can change the name here https://github.com/opendatakit/collect/blob/master/collect_app/src/main/res/values/untranslated.xml#L11 if you want to build your own app but if you want to use the originall version from the store it's not possible.

In addition to the changes Grzegorz mentioned to rename the app, if you want your version uploaded to the Google Play Store (or Amazon App Store), you'll also need to change the namespace of the Java files. And to be safe, you might also want to change the source so it points to /sdcard/your-odk-folder and not /sdcard/odk. You'll probably need to be a software developer to do these changs.

And then as far as the legal issues, you will have to make sure your changes comply with the Apache 2 License at https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0
