Can we rewrite odk aggregate in PHP and MySQL

H!...

i had installed odk aggregate in amazon EC2.
now i wants to create a odk aggregate in php.I am fresh in php .
i created some pages.some APIs.now i can browse forms and can download
them,thus can collect data.
but the problem is that ,i can not submit it. it always shows
" Error-Invalid status code on Head request.If you have a web proxy,you may
need to login to your network".

I can't solve it.but an http post request goes here.i can trace it.but
cannot access the xml_submission_file
file($_FILES["xml_submission_file"]["name"]
or any thing like that. Help me Plz.
