There is no publishing mechanism in ODK Sensors Framework.

We are working on directly streaming data from sensors into the ODK Tables
database structure.

From there, ODK Tables has a bi-directional sync protocol that would upload
the data to the server. That transfer is user-initiated in ODK Tables, but
a grad student is working on a bandwidth-aware background process (ODK
Submit) that will opportunistically sync data with a server.

The ODK Sensors streaming is a few months off. ODK Submit is farther out.

And all of these tools are still in Alpha.
