I need to use pulldata from a csv in Enketo but the page does not load because it says that the csv instance does not exists

How do you use Enketo? Through the online converter https://getodk.org/xlsform/ or maybe ODK Central?
I use it through Kobotoolbox
And you have attached that csv file in Kobotoolbox?
Yes. The form works well when I use it in a smartphone
So if it's a problem with kobo server it's better to ask for help on their forum https://community.kobotoolbox.org/
