My location list is more than 5000, I have successfully develop the code for
it using cascading but the size of the XML file is 2MB due to which it takes
an unlimited time on loading the form on mobile. Any advice on it would be
really helpful.

When you load the XML on your phone, it should load slowly the first time,
but should load faster every time after that.
Can you see if there is a change in the load time after the first load?

Can capture a log trace
(https://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/CollectTroubleshooting) to
help us figure that out what is going on?
I doubt there is much that can be done. Big cascading select lists
tend to kill JavaRosa.
Yaw
