Cascading Selection- Choice filter from more than one selected

I look around but cant find how to build xlsform with Cascading Select like below.
1/ Question 1: Select one
Answer: a b c d ...
2/ Question 2: Select one
Answer:
If a or b is choiced: 1 3 5 7
If c or d is choiced: 2 4 6 8

Pls help.

As in your file, i need to repeat the country "King" if it belong to both Washington and Texas. Is there any better way because my choice list quite long, up to 40, that's really hard to repeat choice many time.new_cascading_select.xlsx (13.6 KB)

It's the way choice_filter works so you would need to repeat some items.
