OK I have notice this one issue with cascading selects. We have a form
with a triple cascading select. It works fine unless you uncheck "Mark
form as finalized" and "Save Form and Exit" Then when you go back to "Edit
Saved Form" all selection to the cascading select are now blank. These
three items are required responses not sure if that has anything to do with
it.

OK. Please open a new issue, attach a shortened version of your form that
demonstrates the problem, and describe the reproduction steps if they are
not obvious.
The forms I have all preserve the selections, so I will need your form.
