Central does not work when using an IP address as domain name

i have configure the ODK centeral on my Ubuntu Server below is the screenshot of .env

the ODK centeral is ok and i uploaded the form and create users and once i scan the Code it does not download the form from ODK Central and why link show like this

As noted at https://docs.getodk.org/central-install/#self-hosting, to self-host Central, you must have a domain name (e.g., central.example.com) mapped to your server. For security reasons, Central will not work with just an IP address (e.g., 93.184.216.34).
