Central successfully installed but Collect doesn't connect

Hello team,
My name is Chris.
I have recently installed Central on a fresh VPS.

• Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
  The installation went smooth and successfull.
  I can connect my server via web https://central.pigbf.h43.org.
  I installed ODK COllect on my android phone, but I can't connect to central. I could'nt find similar solved questions in the forum.

Did you create an app user, then give the app user permissions to fill out at least 1 project form, and use the QR Code to configure the device?
