Position description
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Specialist will provide the technical leadership necessary to ensure that the Cesvi Libya response meets its monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning commitments, as set out in Cesvi’s Country Strategy and partnerships with donors. The MEAL Specialist will lead the Cesvi Libya MEAL Unit that contributes to evidence-based programme design and continuous improvements of programme quality based on data and learning. In close collaboration with the Technical Unit she/he ensures that MEAL is integrated in the programmes carried out by Cesvi in both Libya and Tunisia.

- High familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and presentation using Excel, Access, ODK collect and advanced data analysis and visualization packages (Power BI)
