Chain Validation Failed

Hi, dear all.
When pushing collected data to Aggregate (data collected with odkcollect installed on a Samsung mobile device), we got the following error message:
"Error GenericException: Chain validation failed"

Hi, dear Yaw.
Many thanks for your reply.
These data were being sending from a remote device to my Aggregate (v1.6.0)
I had adviced the sender to upgrade his installed ODKCollect to one of its latest versions (his installed version was very old (v1.4....)): this has solved the problem and the data are now successfully sent to my Aggregate server.
