Thanks for bringing this up! I agree the inconsistency is annoying. I'm guessing it comes from someone with a narrow screen not wanting the text to wrap which is a legitimate concern.
Is "Retroceder" the best option there? Maybe "Anterior", "Atrás" or "Volver" could save a few characters if we expand "Siguiente".
