When click on 'change language' to Thai (button in the app), the screen goes blank and exit the form

What version of Collect are you using, @Jummy? Can you also share the form so we can try to reproduce this issue?

Thanks for getting back to me. Now I solved it already. This happens at media column since information in another language is missing, it works now

Glad it’s working, but it shouldn’t have crashed to begin with. It’d be helpful to know the Collect version and have a copy of the form that caused the crash. Having that information will help us ensure no one else runs into this issue.
