Code for offline data collection handling

Hello, I am new to ODK Collect. Could someone please point me to the part of the ODK Collect codebase that handles saving forms data offline, and syncing to a server when there is internet connectivity?

Forms are saved in the same way on your device no matter you are online or offline by SaveFormToDisk
