Hello everyone,
My NGO (Terre des hommes) is planning to code on ODK a WINS (WASH in
School) survey based on the JMP WHO-UNICEF core questions and indicators
for monitoring WASH in Schools in the sustainable development goals. The
idea is to assess WASH in Schools based on the emerging JMP service ladders
(basic service, limited service, no service). The reference document is the
following:
https://www.wssinfo.org/fileadmin/user_upload/resources/Core_questions_and_indicators_for_monitoring_WinS.pdf
Before starting to code it on ODK, we wanted to know if anyone would
already have coded it or would know about it?
Thank you so much in advance,
Best,
Nicolas
Hi Nicolas,
If you do find a copy (or have to create one from scratch) please
update this thread with those details!

Hi Yaw,
I will keep you updated in case I find something or if we code it on our
side.

Hi Nicolas,
We did a WINS study in Indonesia a few years back largely based on THIS
https://www.unicef.org/wash/schools/files/wash_in_schools_monitoringpackage_.pdf
package. We administered two tools per school -- one to children (KAP
style), and a second was targeted at school WASH 'Hardware' infrastructure.
We actually used ODK Aggregate to publish to Google Fusion tables which
resulted in some some cool analysis using geo locations and the photos
taken as part of the hardware tool of school toilets, water source, and
hand washing stations.
The two ODK forms are attached. I removed questions/responses identifying
location and client
Good luck.
