Collect 1.1.7 edit saved form crashing

FYI. I assume that this has already been reported, but the Edit Saved
Form will crash ODK Collect every time. It crashes immediately but
does not exit the application.

If you want some layout feedback -
I suggest removing the Get Blank Form and Delete Saved Form from the
main window and make them menu links. Also, add back the counts,
especially for Send Finalized Form. Those counts helped the team know
that they had data that had not been reported.

Hi Alex,
Please submit your crash as a bug with the associated information. This
isn't a general problem, but more likely something to do with your form
(either a case we missed or an error in the form design).

I think the issue you are having is the same as this:

get us a stack trace (See http://opendatakit.org/help/faq/ for a how
to) and attach that and the form you are using to the bug?

I've shown this exact problem to Yaw (he filed the bug report for issue
482). Just want to point out that for me the identical form crashed on
Android 2.2, but not on 2.3.

Hoping for a resolution to this very soon!

Hey Eric,
We've been unable to reproduce this bug on any phone we have with any form
we have. If you could attach your form to the bug with instructions on how
to reliably reproduce the crash we can take a look.
