Tried everything but could color my text in red in Hint.

checked the forum, run the xlsform through the validator but still does not work. When i run the preview the text in hint will come same as posted in the form - Note to enumerator: DO NOT READ ANSWERS, CIRCLE ALL THAT MENTIONED. ASK “CAN YOU NAME ANY OTHERS?
