While converting xls to xml CLoumn order gets shuffle.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?

Its coloumn remains unchanged on Odkaggregate but shuffle on Mysql

When you say it is shuffled in MySQL, what do you mean? Can you attach a screenshot of the order in XLS and the oder in MySQL?
Also, why does the ordering in MySQL matter? What can you not do because the order has been shuffled?
