I am looking for a consultant in JavaRosa that would help us parse simple ODK forms through SMS, USSD, and IVR.
We have seen a possible path in using the SMS Serializer though we don't have the expertise to implement it.
We already have delivery components for example we can deliver a question through SMS, USSD, and IVR and process an answer however we need the JavaRosa components to implement the logic described in the ODK.
Any comments and suggestions are welcomed. And of course, developers that would be interested in this consultancy.
