Hi,
Is there a way to make the questions appear just like in an actual paper
form or the preview in enketo? We also plan to use tablets and I guess the
continuous form will be more convenient to navigate when using a tablet.

Yes, just wrap the entire set of prompts in a "begin group" and "end
group" (see appearance="field-list" in the documentation).

IMO, the webform looks nice but the ODK Collect interface is more robust,
and more suitable for field tasks.

With really long forms, flicking gets to be a bother. (The joke around here
is our surveyors can no longer be identified by their finger prints.)
I suggest you play around with constraints (to ensure you're collecting
data in your expected format) and auto-advance.

Hahahah! That's what our enumerators complain about too. By the way, those
navigation buttons with the recent release are really great.
Yes, Nik, we really use the constraints, skip logic, and auto advance
features. Challenge is, the form is really long. And we don't do just
sampling. Everyone has to be interviewed. Census. We gather data for policy
making and program development for poverty alleviation.
I guess we better stick to the one-question-at-a-time-on-the-screen format
