Controle if value is empty and give a possibily to enter informations

Hello dears,

I'm charging dynamically data in my form in a dynamic repeat, (eg : code_children) and i want to contrôle if "code_children" value is empty, if yes i give a possibily to enter code_children.

could you attach your form ( a small version of it ideally if it's bigger) so that we can take a look and better understand what you want to achieve. It's not clear reading just your description.
