Converting geotrace log to .shp or .kml

To anyone who can help;

I embedded geotrace in a XLS form, uploaded into Ona, and deployed on the form on ODK app (android) to collect farm boundary and related data. I downloaded the submissions on Ona (as .csv, excel, kml, and json) however none offers a display of the boundaries or functionality to convert to .shp. I have scoured the web for solutions (within the past 3 days and all day today) but couldn't find a way to convert the geotrace log, from downloaded .xls, to .shp or .kml. Note that the closest solution I found so far is the Geoconverter (http://geoodk.com/getting_started.html#xlsgeoconverter), but it doesn't work with .csv derived from Ona.

Can anyone help with relevant hint on how to retrieve .shp from .csv download? Something tells me that I am not alone.

Can you post an example of some geotraces here? For testing, doesn't have to be your survey data but should be real logs.
