Count repeats in a previous question

Thanks on your previous support.
I have a new challenge. I have previously used indexed repeat successfully, when the no. of household members is known.

Is there a way to count repeats in a previous question? or how can I use the indexed repeat when at the start I don't know the number of household members. Kindly. Do you have an example of such a form.

Hallo Yaw Anokwa.
This is very useful. I have actually been able to code for the repeat.
I still have one more question-

Lets say I have several select_one options (without a other specify-option), can the enumerator be able to update the csv file, with during the interview?

I am very grateful, for all the wonderful comments from this community. My skills have greatly improved.
