Creating an attendence sheet in XLSform

Hi,
I am writing to ask help from those of you who elready have experience in this: I am trying to create an attendance list in XLSFORM. Currently, when taking attendance in our activities we have to go throuh each name and check each person. So the ID of the person would appear first on the phone and then you scroll through then the name, and so on until all people are checked ( the names and ID are put in external choice). But, I want to create an attendance sheet when all names will appear in one page with their IDs and we check down the list (put the names in external choice but make them all appear on the screen at once). However, I am afraid that when the collected data is taken from ODK aggregate all the names will be in one cell in excel and hard to analyse. I hope I am making sense. Does anyone have any alternative or tips?

Thank you

Rayanatou,

The easiest way to solve this problem is to post-process the CSV. Use
your favorite text editor to replace the space separator in that
single cell with a new line. Or use Excel to split that single cell
into multiple ones
