I have been using ODK Central installed in a Cloudbolt server and have been assigning users to access the project through a user name and password. But now I want my collaborators to access the project through the API key instead but not sure how to generate this from the Central. I looked at the documentation but not sure how to create this from within the server console. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!!

Can you please describe in more detail the role of your users and your use-case? Are the collaborators data collectors, project managers, or something else? App users get and submit forms using a generated token - are you trying to programmatically generate those? https://docs.getodk.org/central-users/
